About
Green light means the work may start.

Green Light Property Solutions is a trades and property company. The name is not a neon sign. It is the moment a job is allowed to proceed: the property is understood, the scope is written, and the work can begin.
The desk covers plumbing and electrical work, general house maintenance, painting, and utility services. CCTV and access control are taken on the same way: a written scope, then the work.
You will not find a street address or a switchboard number here. A quote request is the contact. That is deliberate. The first conversation should be about the property, not a queue.
How a job is run
01
Enquire
The quote form is the brief. Name the property and what needs doing. A sentence or two is enough to start.
02
Agree
We reply with what is included, what is not, and the order of the work. That agreement is the green light. Nothing is opened up before it exists.
03
Carry out
The work is done to that scope. If something hidden changes the job, it is raised before it is done, and the scope is updated.

If the property needs the work, start with the form.
Name, phone, email, the closest service, the kind of property, and a short description. That is the whole contact path.
