Utility services
The plant that keeps a property supplied, on the property side of the meter. Geysers, water and waste connections, stormwater, and the small rooms where those services meet.
What is included
- Geysers, valves, drip trays, and the pipework in the plant space
- Water and waste on the property, up to the municipal connection
- Stormwater that is flooding a yard or a lower room
- Isolating a failed supply so the rest of the house can stay in use
- A clear line where council work begins and this scope ends
The kind of job
- A geyser cupboard that is leaking into the ceiling below
- Stormwater that ponds against a wall after rain
- A supply that needs isolating before other rooms can be repaired
How this work is held
Utility work stops at the property. Municipal mains, accounts, and network connections stay with the supplier. We say that boundary in the scope so nobody is waiting on a job we were never able to do.
How a job proceeds
01
Enquire
The quote form is the brief. Name the property and what needs doing. A sentence or two is enough to start.
02
Agree
We reply with what is included, what is not, and the order of the work. That agreement is the green light. Nothing is opened up before it exists.
03
Carry out
The work is done to that scope. If something hidden changes the job, it is raised before it is done, and the scope is updated.
