How this work is held
We install and set up the equipment that was agreed. This site does not offer a monitoring centre or an armed-response contract. If that is what you need, it belongs with a registered security provider, and we will say so.
How a job proceeds

The quote form is the brief. Name the property and what needs doing. A sentence or two is enough to start.

Agree
We reply with what is included, what is not, and the order of the work. That agreement is the green light. Nothing is opened up before it exists.

Carry out
The work is done to that scope. If something hidden changes the job, it is raised before it is done, and the scope is updated.
